University Counseling Service is available to support students Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm.   1. Pair up wherever you go, no matter the time of day (except work). 
  2. Avoid place that seem to be danger day or night. 
  3. Avoid parking far distance from your destination.  
  4. Have pepper spray with you. 
  5. Have cell phone with you all the time and ready for any issue such as call 911, photo, or record the incident. 
  6. If you see something, say something, and report it to the authority.  
  7. Always prepare yourself ahead of the time on every situation.   
So far in our city, I have not heard anything like this.  However, if you have heard or seen anything like this, please call 283-4811 or 911 to report it.  If you don't feel comfortable calling 283-4811 or 911, please call me 24/7.  Please share these tips to your community members as well.
